GENERAL RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted only through the online form available at the end of this page.

Abstracts must be written using this TEMPLATE

Deadline for abstracts submission: 24th July 2026

-A4 format, maximum 1 page

-When sending the abstract through the online system it should be indicated to which main topic the abstract is being presented.

-The maximum number of authors for the abstract is limited to 10 people.

-The presenting author must be registered for the congress and pay the registration fee.

-Only two abstracts may be submitted per presenting author (1 oral + 1 poster, or 2 posters).

-Authors should indicate their preference about the type of presentation, however, the scientific committee will reserve the right to modify the presentation format suggested.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Oral communications will be allocated a total of 10 minutes, including time for questions. Presenters who wish to address questions must leave time for them within their allotted slot. Chairs will ensure that the presentation time is strictly respected.

PowerPoint presentations must be delivered at the meeting room at least 30 minutes before the start of the session. They cannot be uploaded once the session has started.

CONTRIBUTED LECTURES PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Contributed lectures will be allocated a total of 20 minutes, including time for questions. Presenters who wish to address questions must leave time for them within their allotted slot. Chairs will ensure that the presentation time is strictly respected.

PowerPoint presentations must be delivered at the meeting room at least 30 minutes before the start of the session. They cannot be uploaded once the session has started.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Poster boards size is 0.90×2.40m, so poster size A0: 841×1189 mm is highly recommended. Each poster will be assigned a numbered board. Double-sided tape will be provided in the poster area. If you are using a fabric poster, please bring your own suitable hanging material.

There will be 2 different poster sessions. Presenters are required to set up their posters in the morning on their assigned day and remove them at the end of the day.

We recommend that the presenting author stand next to the poster during the corresponding poster session.

PRIZES

The awards will be announced during the closing ceremony.
