Abstracts

GENERAL RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted only through the online form available at the end of this page.

Deadline for abstracts submission: 24th July 2026

-When sending the abstract through the online system it should be indicated to which main topic the abstract is being presented.

-The maximum number of authors for the abstract is limited to 10 people.

-The presenting author must be registered for the congress and pay the registration fee.

-Only two communications may be submitted per presenting author (1 oral + 1 poster, or 2 posters).

-Authors should indicate their preference about the type of presentation: oral or poster, however, the scientific committee will reserve the right to modify the presentation format suggested.

-Abstracts will have a maximum of 350 words (excluding the title, authors and affiliations). The abstracts exceeding the stipulated words will be automatically discarded. Images of graphics are not allowed in the abstracts.

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

-Oral communications will be allocated 10 minutes and at the end of each block there will be time for questions. Chairs will ensure that the presentation time is strictly respected.

-PowerPoint presentations must be delivered at the meeting room at least 30 minutes before the start of the session. They cannot be uploaded once the session has started.

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

-Poster boards size is 0.90×2.40m, so poster size A0: 841×1189 mm is highly recommended. Each poster will be assigned a numbered board. Hanging material (double side tape) will be available in the poster area. In the case of fabric posters, it is the author’s responsibility to bring the material to hang it.

-There will be 2 or 3 poster sessions.

-The main author must stand next to the poster during the corresponding poster session.
